One of our European customer ordered some 600mm vanity with drawers. The reason they prefer to the small bathroom vanity units with drawers is some bathroom space is small. No much space for door open. But the drawers open space is flexible which can be pulled fully or half etc.
And the bathroom vanity with drawer we use riding drawer which is nice and better quality.
The drawer guide is good quality brand UNIHOPPER soft guide. It has longer lifespan. Customer open and close testing the drawer and found it no noise which so much like solid wood bathroom vanity drawers.
As a small bathroom vanity, customer also hope can have more storage space. So below the drawer there is an open area. This space is convenient to put and get something where no need to pen or to close. Customer like this open space so much which looks like simple, modern and good for storage.
Then, customer inspect the mirror of the stainless steel bathroom vanity. The bathroom mirror has stainless steel frame with chrome color. Back of the mirror has a structure of stainless steel for installation which is so tight and steady also luxury and convenient for installation.
The last part is the wash basin of the stainless steel bathroom vanity. Customer inspect the horizontal of the surface by level ruler to ensure the two sides of the basin is about 2mm higher(but max 2mm) than the middle so that the water can be drain though the middle. And ensure the surface is a smooth light arc. Also they use torch on to check if the surface is clean enough which they require clean. Then they inspect drainage ability.
After all tested, they told us goods is QC approved then we can load.
